The two additional bedrooms and bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the unit to create a private suite for your guests. Other bedrooms offer queen sized beds, dressers, ambient lighting, full length mirrors, and televisions. The kitchen is newly renovated with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances, perfect for any cook! Kitchen is stocked with various appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, oven, air fryer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, crock pot, toaster, electric tea pot, and hand mixer. The built in bar is equipped with a bartending kit/tools and various cocktail glasses. The living room contains a large reclining sectional couch, two additional sofa chairs, and a 65 inch smart television. The balcony that is accessible through the living room sliding door overlooks surrounding mountains and includes patio furniture to enjoy the perfect desert sunsets.
