Located on historic Lost Lake in St. Germain, Towering Pines is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with 3,000 square feet of living space that was completely remodeled during the fall.
The main level has a great room with a fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the lake along with a 47 inch TV. Next to the great room is a dining area with a large table that seats 6 – 10 people and overlooks the lake. On the other side of the kitchen is a large farm table capable of seating 12 – 16 people during large family gatherings. The newly remodeled kitchen comes equipped with a dish washer so you can spend more time relaxing and less time cleaning dishes!
The Rec Room has a massive 70? TV, slate pool table, dart board, new hard wood flooring and leather furniture. This room overlooks the lake and is the perfect place to relax and have fun with the family. There are 3 TV’s in Towering Pines (Great Room, Rec Room, and Master Bedroom) that all come with the DirecTV Genie and a library of over 130 recorded movies free for your viewing pleasure! This home also has high speed Wi-Fi!
There is a sun-room on the main level that overlooks the lake that will be a hit during the warmer months for family gatherings and late night card games. There is also a large laundry room on the main level for your use. The main level also has a master bedroom with a walk in closet, changing area with a vanity, and a bathroom with a deluxe tile shower.

The upper level has 3 bedrooms with a North Woods Lodge atmosphere and an alcove with a log futon for extra sleeping space. The first bedroom on the second level has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a log loft bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The third bedroom has a set of twin log bunk beds and a set of log bunk beds with a twin on top and a full size bed on the bottom. The bathroom in the upper level has a custom-made log vanity with vessel sinks and old-fashioned pump style faucets and a bathtub/shower.
On the front of the house is a lakeside cobblestone patio, a fire pit, private pier and 200 feet of ripple sand frontage that gradually slopes out to deeper water. On the other side of the house is a private tennis court and basketball court along with a large grassy play area for outdoor games. Towering Pines comes with an attached 2 car garage for your personal use.
