Stunning and peaceful vacation home. ideal for relaxing or private family / friends get together. 3 bedrooms, can sleep 8 guests. Welcome basket with some goodies on arrival . Unbelievable lake views with private fishing dock and ideally located for privacy from neighbors. Enjoy our 40ft heated ( minimal extra fee ) lap pool for exercise , floating around, pool volleyball or how about aqua aerobics. Great party pool if desired. Fully screened in lanai so no bugs ! Huge gas grill , modern fire pit for colder nights. 4 outdoor patio fans to keep you cool during the summer months. All day sunshine for lots of sunbathing around the pool. Modern interior ( don’tworry about the white sofa as there are lots of throws and it cleans really easily , extremely durable) with open plan set up for all the family to be together which opens up with double glass patio doors to the outside area. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need , Nespresso coffee machine, kureg and filter coffee appliances. 2 car garage with remote control access. The whole house is extremely light and inviting . Ideally located , 6 minutes drive to Starbucks, target, Ross, TJ Max, Publix , movie theatre, dog parks and lots of restaurants. Near by golf course and 20 minutes drive to the most gorgeous Flagler beach full of bars and restaurants or 22 minutes drive to Ormond by the sea which is a quieter beach, 25 minutes drive to the famous Daytona beach, 1 hour , 30 minutes to Orlando Disney World, St Augustine only 50 minutes drive away. Feel free to use our beach chairs, umbrella, ice box to take with you for beach days. 3 bicycles in the garage to go on the nearby bike trails. Pool and beach towels supplied. Spectrum Cable tv in every room, high speed Wi-Fi . All USA sports channels and news.
