The home has extensive southern exposures and ton of windows; hence it gets great light. House sits on a 2-acre leveled lot. There is a brand new 5 person hot tub (open year round) and newly redone in ground heated pool with outdoor heated shower (seasonal). The house is furnished with designer furniture and accessories. Two large TVs (75 & 65 inch) and propane BBQ grill. This one of a kind property is located close to town, beaches, restaurants & the Westport train station is 15 minutes away. No pets permitted, sorry:). Maximum capacity is 8 people inclusive of children.
Summer rentals will include an energy deposit (pool heater propane/electric) for which the unused portion will be refunded.
