The upstairs has a full kitchen, living room and two bedrooms (one king bed with a door to the upper terrace). The downstairs has another kitchen, a large living room, and 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom as well as an extra bathroom. The 4th bedroom is in the annex with an en suite bathroom.
Enjoy the pool and flower garden and watch the sunset from the upper terrace. Or make espresso with the high end espresso machine upstairs and sit in the olive garden behind the house.
