This house was part of the original beachside settlement in New Smyrna called "Coronado Beach" and was built in 1911.
It has been remodeled and decorated by a local builder and designer. This 2 bedroom, one bath Is the perfect space. We have several sitting areas to relax, read your favorite book or just catch the ocean breeze. A sunroom out front ,. The location is perfect! Walk out your front door and look to your left you will see the Halifax river with a public fishing dock. Look to the right and there is the Atlantic Ocean one block away with a public walking ramp. Just to the right of the ramp is a public park!
Only 2 blocks to the South is Flagler Ave. where ALL the action is beachside. You will have shops, boutique, restaurants, coffeehouses, taverns, and several spas.
Quaint New Smyrna has everything to offer. Shops and cafes, festivals and events going on just about ever weekend.
Remember also all of Orlandos'many attractions are just a short drive away along with Mt. Dora(antiques) to the west and historical St Augustine to the north.

Summary: We barely drove our car. Lazy beach days two blocks away and restaurants and shopping four blocks. Beds are comfortable, nice dishes, pots and pans, towels, sharp knives, and a great backyard with covered porch. Neighbors are very friendly, too. Everything was just right. Coming back next year!!
