Situated in a quiet part of town and right across the street from beautiful, wide sandy beach-no driving or parking required to access the shoreline! Relax as you watch the San Gabriel River run into the Pacific Ocean and the boats head out of the Alamitos Bay Marina. With 2 rooftop decks and a private balcony, the generous layout of the home provides plenty of space for everyone. Take a peaceful 8 minute stroll to Main Street which features clothing, antique and gift shops as well as a bike shop, surf shop, hair and nail salons and, of course, great restaurants! Feel the waves roll in beneath you as you walk down the Seal Beach Pier at the end of Main Street...you can occasionally see the seals at play from the end of the pier!
