The holiday home "Villa Lucia 240m from the sea" in Putzu Idu is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Spread over two floors, the first floor features a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and a bathroom. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and another bathroom. Villa Lucia accommodates up to four guests. Air conditioning in every room, washing machine, and TV are provided. If you need a cot, please let us know when booking so it can be prepared for you.
The outdoor area includes two private parking spaces, a garden, two balconies, a barbecue, a small kitchen, and an outdoor shower. The house borders a pond where flamingos can be seen in spring. The location is excellent: peaceful, yet just 240 meters from the beautiful Putzu Idu beach.
Nearby, within 150 to 250 meters, there are bars, restaurants, and minimarkets, all easily reached on foot or by car. The nearest airport is about 118 km away. Free parking is available on the property (for two cars) and on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed.
