Discover this BRAND NEW 5-bedroom 5.5 - bathroom GULF FRONT beach home on St. George Island,FL with elevated gulf front pool and HOT TUB! Ride the elevator up with your groceries and luggage. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for some gourmet cooking! This wonderful home features 3 king bed rooms, 1 bunk room with queen bunk beds, and one bedroom room with 2 queen beds, perfect for a tranquil getaway. Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom. The main level master boasts a king bed and an incredible master bath that includes two sinks, a soaker tub and a huge shower. The second level has 2 more king bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a huge bunk room with private bathroom. State of the art bunk beds are complete with lights and charging stations. This space is perfect for children and is complete with stunning views of the Gulf. There is a quaint and comfortable sitting area on the 2nd floor perfect for family games and relaxation. All rooms are equipped with TV's, ceiling fans, and lamps.
Enjoy the convenience of AC, elevator, hair dryers, 2 washing machines and dryers, WiFi, and a fabulous pool and hot tub on the deck over looking the gulf. The deck also features an outdoor sitting area as well as a dining area. There is an outdoor shower located under the house as you walk up from the private boardwalk with views of the gulf. A charcoal grill is available in the carport area to grill up your fresh catch of the day. You have an option to heat the pool and hot tub for an additional fee and can enjoy splashing around even in the cooler months. Due to our contracted cleaning service, our rentals only run from Sunday to Sunday. Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed in our new home.
