The world-famous Opera House and Harbour Bridge look so close you feel you could touch them if you reach out the window. This spacious apartment has easy ferry access into the heart of the Sydney to make the most of your getaway. Every morning you can feed the friendly Rainbow Lorikeets which visit the window, we even give you the bird seed for your new friends. The Space Set in a 1920's apartment block one row back from the picturesque shoreline in Kirribilli this apartment is located in a quiet area perfect for your break in Sydney. The apartment is full of light with the living room catching the afternoon sun. The sofa bed is brand new and very comfortable; if needing the sofa bed a small extra charge is required for the additional bedding and towels. The apartment is located on the second (top) floor of the block and there are four gentle flights of stairs with no lift. Fans (and heaters in the winter) are provided for guests but being on the harbour means there is a pleasant breeze to keep you cool on the hottest days if you open the windows. There is free unlimited WiFi for guest use and a large TV with all the freeview channels. Guest Access You have free access throughout this spacious, homely apartment and you can really relax, unwind, take in the views and enjoy one of the best views in Sydney. The Neighbourhood Located right next to Admiralty House, the Sydney home of the Governor General of Australia and Kirribilli House, the official Sydney home of the Prime Minister this famous area has to be one of the safest around. It is quiet, pretty and a beautiful place to spend time with sensational views wherever you look. Getting Around Kirribilli Ferry Wharf is less than five minutes walk from the front door of the apartment. Parking for weekend guests is fine but please bear in mind, if you are coming by car, street parking is restricted to 2 hours at a time between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You can move the car after 2 hours each time if you wish. Other Things to Note Please note for bookings that include either Christmas Day or New Year's Eve we require a minimum 7 night stay. For bookings that include both dates we require a minimum 14 night stay. We try to meet all guests on arrival in person so a time will be arranged in advance of your arrival which will also be confirmed in the day once you know your plans. On arrival we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment.
