The villa is just 3 km from the Fonteverde spa and within easy reach of Rome or Florence. It is also conveniently located for day trips to important art cities such as Assisi, Perugia, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico d'Orcia and Siena, and the villa offers wonderful views of the enchanting Monte Amiata and the Valley of Rigo.
The property is composed of the main house plus a cottage. The two houses have been completely restored maintaining original features of a countryside villa. The two houses are also suitable for groups who can use the common area, the lounge and dining room in the main house.

On the ground floor there is access for disabled people, however there is no bathroom with appropriate standards (only the door is large enough for a wheelchair, but no shower or toilet).
Outdoor: swimming pool (6mx12m - depth 1.40m; open from June to September) is set in a beautiful panoramic position and is exclusively for guest use.
