Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in the area known as Space Coast. Short block to the beach and park, wonderful choice of restaurants and shopping at the nearby pier, or drive to Cocoa Beach and take in the vibe.
This residential neighborhood is perfect if you want a quiet setting, a more home away from home feeling. The unit is half of a duplex on a corner lot, garage door opener and many touches/amenities.
This duplex was completely renovated and is now ready to share its great location to all things Cape Canaveral. Your unit is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath 2 story townhome style space. The clean beach colors of white and teal on the exterior are punctuated by the Turquoise Turtle above the charming balcony
makes you want to curl up on the new rattan loveseat appropriately accessorized with a pillow that says "My Happy Place". 3-4 people can have morning coffee at the Bistro table utilizing the loveseat and chairs. At night enjoy some wine and a lovely warm breeze while you wind down from your beach day.
New luxury wood vinyl flooring is throughout, and wood stairs and new vinyl windows (facing north) with adjustable slat blinds and east facing sliders with adjustable vertical blinds, are surrounded by fresh white walls. Ceiling fans are in each room, a new A/C system, and new furnishings and appliances, will make you feel like you're staying in a model home.
Surrounded by lawn area, a great place for children to run and burn off energy, The unique footprint has two driveways and two garage entries, one faces Washington Ave, the other facing Ridgewood Ave, whose garage door has an opener with a remote. Because of this feature, the driveways combined with the interior of the garage accomodate up to 4 vehicles. The garage has sealed and painted concrete floors, and together with its finished walls make for an extra play area for the kids when you park the vehicles on the driveways. We thought this an excellent idea for a covered space when the Florida weather takes a turn and you want to stay in out of the rain. If you feel you need to park inside, then just open the garage door, there is ample space.
We thought of everything to accommodate from the morning to the evening. Our goal is to have whatever you don't want to pack that takes up precious suitcase space. So bulky robes, beach towels, and the pak n play for the baby all can stay at home. Fill that suitcase with souvenirs instead! Below sorted by the room/area is a list so you know exactly what to expect:

* Washing supplies - detergent, dryer sheets, stain pretreatment, in the wall cupboards above the w/d
* Utility sink to wash out swimsuits, rinse off toys, etc.
* Table in garage can be used for folding laundry.
BEACH EXTRAS:
* A nice new sturdy canvas folding wagon with beefy wheels to tote your items to the beach in one trip.
* Cooler (large, has a pull handle and wheels) - Feel free to use for your beach beverages/lunch.
* Beach towels - On top of the dryer, you'll see a bucket of rolled towels
* Beach toys - On top of the dryer there is a bucket of children's sand toys, and a paddle & badminton set for the adults.
* Shade umbrella - On top of the dryer and a sand anchor to assist in keeping it from flying up on a windy day. We want to help keep those sun sensitive people protected.
* Canvas beach tote- On top of the dryer there is a large shoulder tote.
* Boogie board.
TRASH RECEPTACLES:
The garbage bins are kept to the rear/side area behind the garage.
THE GROUND LEVEL BEDROOM SUITE:
As you walk into the home from either the garage or the front door, you will see the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. We guess that this will be the parents room to keep the children upstairs away from the front door.
* Queen size bed and nightstand - brand new.
* Ample closet space behind the bifold doors where we have hanging his and hers robes with complimentary slippers and 2 luggage racks for your suitcases.
* Non slip hangers for your clothes. For folded clothes storage there are two drawers in the nightstand and hanging system in the closet.
* Hanging 2 compartment hamper
* Phone charging cords are supplied bedside (for iPhone and Android)
* One exterior window with a touch controlled blind that pushes up or pull down for privacy and light control.
* Ceiling fan/light and a table top light on the nightstand.
* Small vanity table w/drawers in corner of room and seating chair, along with makeup mirror.
* 55" TCL Roku TV (brand new) with all the typical streaming services. The TV is configured to the Wifi we have included in your accommodations. Please use the streaming apps to connect to your own subscriptions of Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, or Disney + to name a few. Just remember to log out of the apps before you checkout. If you have a TV cable subscription from home, you can use the TV's embedded apps to watch shows, movies, sports, news, etc by accessing through your home's TV service. Tip: Before you leave home, make sure you know your TV subscription's login credentials. If you're a streamer, then make sure you bring along your login credentials (to the apps listed above) that you may have forgotten by now.
The en suite bathroom was fully renovated and includes:
* New sink vanity, toilet, and walkin shower with a pebble floor and a fixed glass panel and exhaust fan/light, and bath mat. There is a shower stand for storing your taller shower supplies.
* Basket of freshly cleaned towels for use during your stay. If you want to freshen your towels, please use the laundry machines in the garage.

UPSTAIRS BATHROOM:
As you walk up the stairwell, at the top of the landing in front of you is the hallway full bathroom with shower over tub with a modern tiled enclosure. The renovated bathroom also has all new fixtures and finishes, spa like fabric shower curtain, and bath mat. It is perfectly located to accommodate the guests in the Family Bedroom and anyone using the living room's convertible sleeping beds.
* Grab bar to assist with getting into the tub.
* Storage trays to help store your personals separately given the shared bathroom - Inside the sink vanity there are four narrow trays.
* Some starter toiletries, sunscreen, sunburn gel, bath bombs, even a small bug spray, etc.
* Toilet paper refills and bowl cleaner
* Toilet brush and small wastebasket, hand soap, and Kleenex
* Bath towels are rolled and in a basket. You may freshened in the washer/dryer in garage.
Note: Once the starter products we supply you run out, it is guest's responsibility to refill for the rest of their stay.
FAMILY BEDROOM:
To the left of the stairwell is a large room with a large walkin closet with ceiling light, and hanging space to separate clothing for the multiple people who might share the upper living area. The bathroom is separate but only steps away. The space is equipped as follows:
* ironing caddy mounted on the wall with board and iron supplied (in the walkin closet).
* Hanging system for folded clothes storage and we supplied you non slip hangers.
* Bedside nightstand with a table lamp and has 2 drawers for clothes storage, a table top lamp, and a ring holder.
* A new 55" TCL Roku TV.
* Room darkening blinds over the sliding glass door that leads to the balcony (great for watching launches without driving anywhere)
* Oversized chair that folds out into a twin size bed. Perfect for a child or teenager. Perfect place to sit back and read a book, or watch TV, or cuddle your baby to sleep. A 2nd closet with mirrored doors has shelving (on it's right side) for more of your personals and holds the 2nd set of bedding/twin bedding.
* Ceiling fan with a light.
* Phone charging cords are supplied bedside (for iPhone and Android)
BABY/TODDLER NEEDS:
* Pak n play crib to serve as an infant sleeping spot, or for nap time, or a secure place to play during the day. Best placed at the side of the new King size bed near the room's 2nd closet. That area would be the quietest spot away from the living space. Another ample and dark spot is within the walkin closet itself. (Note: If mom and dad sleep in the primary bedroom at the street level, it too has enough room along the walls to fit the pak n play). Or maybe you give the master bedroom to grandma & grandpa and keep the large upstairs room for the family area.

THE LIVING AREA:
To the right of the landing at the top of the stairs is the great room style living area where most people would congregate. Styled in tones of grey and stainless steel, light grey cabinetry, it transitions out to the balcony where you may catch a night time launch.
It is equipped as follows:
* 65" LG smart TV
* brown leather sofa/convertible (to an almost full size bed) and adjustable features at each end and the back to customize your desired seating (click up to make a sofa with side arms, or click one up and leave the other down). This configuration makes a great place to nap with one arm side up as neck support for your head, and the opposite side clicked down flat for your feet. Either way, when it's bed time, this bed is perfect for the person who wants to sleep alone (the teenager, the one who snores, the one who wakes up really early to that beautiful sunrise, the single adult who is ok with not having a private room, you know the easy traveling person)
* Throw blankets to cuddle with when you watch movies
* Lift top table to do work, or eat a meal
* (2) Floor lamp lighting
* (2) Convertible chairs that folds out to become a chaise for movie watching, or a twin size sleeper
