Very nice apartment in a quiet top location in Lerici by the sea. The apartment is on the first floor of a two family house overlooking the sea. With two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom with sofabed (for 2 persons). Enjoy the beautiful sea view while sitting outside on the terrace having your meals. The sandy beach is at only 100 meters from our house. On the beach you have also the option to rent an umbrella and deckchair if you want. On the beach there is a snack bar with terrace, playground and showers. We have two bicycles for our guests for free. For shopping you stroll comfortably on the beach promenade that runs along the coast of San Terenzo to Lerici - without ever having to use the car. Walk, inline skate or cycle along the beach promenade to discover the other beaches and the charming town of Lerici with it's shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice-cream parlors, and the tiny marina. In the summer there are concerts and theater events. Daily ferry boats from Lerici to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. Who wants to explore the surrounding area may do some nice hiking trails to La Serra, Tellaro and to the National Park of Monte Marcello. At 200 mt from our house there is a huge public parking palce for your car.
