Positive: I liked the location it was central to everything we wanted to do. I loved the bed! It was very comfortable.

Negative: Southern Craft is a good restaurant but it's not in the same building and the walkway isn't covered all the way so we got wet going to get breakfast. Need to extend the covering. You also don't have room service and cannot charge meals to the room, that's not convenient. The rooms aren't very soundproof at least from the floor above. The was a couple above our room and we could hear every word they said, every moan, even the sound of flesh on flesh, it was uncomfortable to say the least. Also, the lack of a door on the shower wasn't Ideal and there was no microwave was available. Finally the staff were a little odd, they were efficient enough but all seemed young and lacked that little something that makes you feel welcome as a guest.

Summary: Great bed! Comfort outweighed by lack of privacy. Need to work on the details.
