Welcome to the Pool House! One of the few properties in the area with a private sun drenched swimming pool this home is perfect for your next family holiday or executive retreat. Overlooking Lion Island and set just above Clareville Beach, it is less than an hours drive from Sydney.
Comfortably sleeping 11, this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom north facing holiday home is set on a big 1,663m2 block. The large upstairs balcony, expansive lower deck and pool offer multiple vantage points from which to enjoy the breathtaking views and all day long sun. Enjoy your meals alfresco but shaded from the sun or inside at the 10 seater dining table. The Pool House offers 2 indoor and one outdoor lounge areas, 3 different dining spots and a separate study nook, catering for the needs of all your guests. The large open planning lounge room has a gas fire set in a wall of characterful sandstone. The entire house has reverse ducted air conditioning.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, 4 with queen beds and one with a bunk and single bed. There is a bathroom with separate toilet for guests’ convenience. The master bedroom features a large walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Four of the bedrooms open onto the large upstairs balcony and offer perfect views of Lion Island.
Downstairs there is an additional 1.5 bathrooms and an oversized laundry.
The property is so enjoyable you wont want to leave. However, should you grow restless, it is just a 4 minute walk to Clareville Beach where small kids will be delighted by the protected bay swimming and teenagers and adults will be thrilled to kayak and paddle board. We have a wave ski and 2 kids kayaks for your use at the property.
The Pool House is only a 4 minute drive to Avalon Shops where you can access excellent coffee, a world class bakery and quality restaurants. If you are after surf, Avalon Beach is an 8 minute drive, Whale Beach a 12 min drive and Palmy a 16 minute drive.
Behind the house there are private gardens with an avocado tree, where bunnies can often be spotted.
