Perfect for a multi-family and friends getaway. A bespoke design with sleeping spaces on 3 different levels for privacy and multiple casual living spaces.
**We not a contemporary modern house but a rustic, relaxed beach house. Given we are meters from the breaking waves and salt spray, furniture and some photos may differ slightly when upgrading or replacing some furniture items and restyling.

- Air conditioning is top floor in primary living/kitchen/dining only.
- Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The house is very cool on lower levels as has been designed to be a passive house with ocean breezes flowing throughout so designed to never need aircon except at the top level.
- Small TV media room on lower backyard level with kitchenette and dishwasher for backyard/downstairs access for BBQ dishes with a small Weber BBQ on back patio

Parking on driveways only for 2 small/medium sized cars. Free Street parking is available.
