Situated on wide creek/side canal, surrounded by old growth trees, this sweet spot is private, comfy, well equipped and walking distance to many restaurants, microbrewery, parks and only 2 miles to downtown Olde Naples. Grill, kayaks, bikes, off street parking . It is attached to a single family home that has two other units at opposite ends, allowing for maximum privacy for each unit. One is the owner's quarters. Sorry, no pets or smoking anywhere on the property. Smoke travels! We love pets, but previous guests have abused the privilege, so no more! Bungalow and property intended for guests only. We don’t want friends stopping by or being entertained here. There are two other bungalows to be considered as well as nearby neighbors. Low key guests are welcome. Units are licensed with Collier County for short term rentals.
