Sauna to enjoy on the bottom floor. Dock to fish off and views of Lake LBJ open water off the balcony. Paddle boat on dock for use. The canal is great to use paddle boats and fishing, there is a night time fishinglight that can be used if you want to fish at night. if you want to use the golf cart, that can be arranged for a fee.
