The Apartment has two bedrooms, one king bed with a walk in wardrobe and the other, a double bed. The entire apartment has many windows overlooking the communal garden & further beyond, the Harbour.
The lounge room features a small assortment of books, TV & WiFi throughout. During the day, this area becomes sun drenched, yet breezy. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or to sit and relax during the day.
The kitchen has stone benchtops, a full sized dishwasher, fridge & oven. Conveniently, there is a laundry with washer & dryer. The apartment has everything you need, so you can settle in & live like a local!
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. The wardrobe in guest bedroom will be locked for personal storage. There is cupboard available to hang clothes and an additional hanging/shelving unit for this bedroom.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
The safe and leafy streets of Bellevue Hill conveniently offer coffee shops, a grocery store, dry cleaning services, nail salon, clothing & homewares, all within 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Getting Around:
Apartment includes one off-street parking in the driveway. Non-ticketed & metered street parking is available (please note: parking across the street is unavailable during the primary schools drop-off and pick-up times). Multiple bus stops are available within 2 minute walking distance to the apartment, towards the beaches (Bondi/ Bronte/ Coogee) and the city. The closest train station is Bondi Junction, 18 minute walk or 3 stops via bus.B
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The apartment & complex are strictly no smoking, use of the apartment & complex is on the basis of that there will be no parties or events and pets are not allowed. Guests should note NSW Government’s Code of Conduct for Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Please note: There will be renovation works in Unit 2 starting 3rd Mar 2024 to 14th June 2024. Intermittent industrial noise may be heard during this time during business hours..
