Since the 1960s, three generations have lived here, and it is said that Giuseppe Solera, Giuseppe Verdi's librettist, composed "Va Pensiero" here – a piece proposed as the Italian anthem but never officially adopted.
The holiday home is on the first floor of a two-story building and is easily accessible by car up to the front door (for loading and unloading).
It boasts an excellent panoramic position with a private 42 sqm terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking views, a different sunset every evening, and all the privacy you need, thanks to privacy curtains.
