The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 cm, while the second bedroom also has a double bed measuring 160 cm and an attached shower/WC. The third bedroom has a single bed measuring 80 cm and a double bed measuring 160 cm, as well as a shower/bidet/WC and an exit to the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a bath/bidet/WC on this level. Upstairs, there is an open room with sloping ceilings, which has a single bed measuring 80 cm and a sofabed measuring 80 cm. The house is heated with oil, and has natural stone floors throughout.
