This is a beachside, bohemian home with all the comforts and conveniences you need. Our executive home feels like 'the perfect beachside escape'. Our entire apartment has been freshly furnished, with a large Smart TV, chef's kitchen and all the mod-cons to enjoy beachside living. Enjoy the best of Cronulla only steps away: yoga, massage, restaurants, cocktail bars, and beachside walks.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am
*No smoking

*No pets allowed
*Child/Infant friendly
* The home can accommodate up to 6 guests with the air mattress upon request, with a fee of $100. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up toTHREEpeople. No more than a maximum of NINEpeople are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject toapproval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
* This property is suitable for babies or children and we have a cot and highchair available at the home. However we do not provide the linen. The cot is folded away for you to set up when needed.
* The home comes with 1 visitor parking space that's first come first serve. We cannot guarantee a parking space if it's being used. There is also free 24-hour street parking outside the home. The clearance space for the parking area is only 2 meters.
*Please note, the Aircon/heating is only in the living room/kitchen area. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
*There is no elevator in this building. There are 5 steps at the front entry and 27 steps going up to the apartment.
*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
