This beautifully appointed beach cottage is bright and open, offering plenty of space for the whole family, high-quality furnishings, and all the comforts of home. Steps to the golf course, club house, pools and Pelican’s Nest, you enjoy easy access to luxurious amenities with complimentary amenity cards. Boardwalk 8 and sensational sunset views are just across the street!
Upon entry, you’ll be greeted by an open living area with surrounding windows, ocean views, coastal inspired décor, vaulted ceilings, comfortable sofa seating, and a large flatscreen TV. A convenient desk is available beneath the stairs for remote work.
The adjoined dining area offers seating for six, as well as access to a private deck through sliding glass doors with an outdoor dining space for four and a gas grill. The full, spacious kitchen offers high-end appliances including an electric stove, plenty of counter space, a kitchen bar with seating for two, and everything you need to make a meal right from home. Sliding glass doors provide an abundance of light as well as access to the spacious screen room.
With three bedrooms, three decks, the screen room, eat-in kitchen and large living area, there are discreet spaces and plenty of room for everyone.
