Welcome to Agriturismo La Fattoria, located in Umbria, in Monte Santa Maria Tiberina (Perugia) in the locality of Trevine, between Umbria and Tuscany. The farmhouse is a magnificent rural village, surrounded by greenery, from which you can admire the splendid Tiber Valley below.
Located in a rural and agricultural context, the farmhouse is an ancient stone building dated back to the 17th - 18th century, renovated keeping intact the rural characteristics of the Umbrian tradition, such as terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams and furnished with rural-style wooden furniture and hand-made fabrics by the patient hands of Signora Lucia.
The farmhouse is divided into 7 independent apartments used as holiday homes that can accommodate from 2 to 8 people. The apartments are all spacious and welcoming, some have a garden and others a terrace, equipped with private outdoor tables and chairs and are ideal for those who want to travel at any time of the year.
La Fattoria is the ideal place to spend moments of relaxation and recreation for adults and children, in total tranquility. Nonetheless, you cannot miss the opportunity to taste the oil produced by the centuries-old olive trees on the estate.
La Loggia Apartment
The Loggia apartment is spread over several levels and can accommodate up to 8 people. Going up the stairs to the entrance door, you cross a large balcony with a table and chairs from which you can enjoy a magnificent view. The living area is on the first floor and it is dominated by an ancient stone fireplace, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Going upstairs we find the sleeping area consisting of three separate bedrooms, one with a private bathroom with a tub and another with a cradle.
What to do in the farmhouse
A few steps from the holiday homes of the farmhouse is the common 6x12m swimming pool, immersed in a large green space from which you can enjoy a splendid view. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to guests during the opening period from June to September.
Adjacent to the swimming pool there is a common area with a ping pong table, table football, tables, chairs and two bathrooms.
An additional 4000m2 park is available for guests of the Agriturismo where they can use a barbecue, two gazebos, a bowling green and a small soccer field.
The Agriturismo La Fattoria also offers many other recreational solutions: excursions on foot, by bicycle and on horseback, lakes for fishing, tennis (2km away), horse riding, spas (10km away) and a guide to agricultural activities.
Furthermore, a small museum of ancient peasant civilization has been set up in the farmhouse, where the old tools that were used for agricultural activity within the village have been collected and preserved over time.

From Milan-Bologna-Cesena: E45 highway, exit Città di Castello Sud, direction Trestina, then San Secondo, then for Monte Santa Maria Tiberina.
From Florence: A1 motorway, exit at Arezzo, towards Città di Castello, follow the signs for Monte Santa Maria Tiberina via San Secondo.
From Rome-Orte: E45 highway, Promano exit, direction Trestina, then San Secondo, then for Monte Santa Maria Tiberina.
Once in Gioiello, between San Secondo and Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, turn left towards Trevine.
