Positive: Being owner-managed meant that we felt very 'taken care of', with a warm welcome and quick responses to any queries. We very much enjoyed the generous Welcome pack. The property is spacious, comfortable and well appointed, with a well-equipped kitchen. The views are spectacular and the location is convenient for lifts, bus and town. It is warm without the excessive drying heat so common in ski accommodation.

Negative: We knew the apartment was on the 4th floor with no lift but this was only slightly challenging when moving our luggage in and out, even then we were kindly assisted by our host. The ski locker is on the ground floor so boots etc. were left in there and the stairs are wide and shallow so not a particular problem in general.
