🏠 The Home
This updated historic property offers 1,392 square feet of well-designed living space with a warm, welcoming feel. Original charm meets modern convenience throughout the home, making it easy to settle in whether you're visiting for a short stay or a longer relocation.
The living room is cozy and comfortable, featuring a reclining sofa and Smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the area. Fast WiFi and a dedicated desk provide a reliable setup for remote work or school needs.
The remodeled kitchen is bright and functional, equipped for everyday cooking and longer stays. Bar seating offers a casual option, while the dining table seats six comfortably for shared meals. A drip coffee maker is provided for easy mornings.
Sleeping arrangements are flexible and well suited for families and groups. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a futon for additional sleeping, a Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed and Smart TV and connects through an open doorway to a separate sleeping area divided by a partial wall. This bonus space includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a futon and does not have a door, creating a shared sleeping layout that works especially well for families (please review photos). The third bedroom offers a queen bed and Smart TV.
There are three bathrooms in total, including the primary ensuite, a second bathroom with a tub and shower combination, and a third bathroom with a standalone soaking tub (no shower). A full-size washer and dryer are located in the basement and available for guest use.
Please note that there is a long-term tenant in the upstairs unit with a completely separate private entrance. There are no shared spaces, and guest privacy is fully maintained.

Guests can enjoy both front and back outdoor spaces during their stay. The front porch offers seating and a comfortable place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening. - Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
