This cozy retreat features a comfortable Temperpedic queen bed, WiFi, 3TVs ( one 65"), dining room, kitchen, living room, screened-in lanai, Florida room with a view. We have a washing machine and dryer in the garage, iron, ironing board and hair dryer for your convenience. This home is usually owner occupied, but owner leaving to enjoy first grandbaby for the winter. So you will find the home with everything you would need. It is perfectly located in a Village with one way in and one way out so no through traffic. Also just a short golf cart ride to the Savannah Center and Spanish Springs Town Center, and a slightly further venture to Lake Sumter Landing. Also very close to convenient shopping such as Publix, Walmart, Lowes, BJs, Aldi and the Villages Hospital and Emergency Room. All are golf cart accessible too. You have a totally PRIVATE back yard where you will spend most of your time in your Florida room with the view through the huge picture window overlooking the nature preserve (and pond once repairs are done). No walls, no fences and no view of neighbors lanai or shrubs. There is normally a view of a beautiful pond, but at the moment it is dry due to expected work, but the wildlife still visit. Driveway parking only with space for a golf card in the garage if you rent one. Possible 2nd bedroom with queen Murphy bed/work space available and negotiable. Dec 12-31,2024 and, Jan-Jan 31, 2025, Feb 1-11, 2025. Sorry NO PETS. NO SMOKING. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
