The apartment features a 42 inch smart TV with Digital channels.
The apartment has two comfortable queen size orthopaedic mattress Beds with Egyptian cotton white sheets.
There’s also a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area. To improve the comfort of the sofa bed, you will find a double size mattress under the master bed upstairs, this can be placed on the floor or on top of the sofa bed once pulled out. Pls use protective water proof cover when using the mattress. This will be found in the second bedroom wardrobe.
All bed linen and towels are are supplied and are new clean fresh and white. Bathrooms are supplied with Shampoo/Conditioner and a Hairdryer.
The Kitchen is well equipped and furnished to a high specification with Euro appliances, Kettle, Microwave, Oven Gas top, Fridge freezer, all cutlery, all kitchenware, plates and glassware supplied.

The apartment is only a few minutes walk from major public transport including St Mary's train station and bus depot, which will take you to Sydney CBD, Airport, The Blue Mountains etc. It's only a 2 minute drive to the local shopping centre and St Mary's high street, where you'll find cafes, shops, banks and restaurants.
You have your own washing machine/ tumble dryer to use.

The house is located at the end of the drive way. Tucked away in a nice quite corner of the small new complex, so you won't here any noise from passing cars or trains.

GETTING AROUND
St Mary's train station is a 20 min walk or a 5 min drive away.
I recommend that you download an app called TRIPVIEWLITE as its a great way to plan your train journeys.
I also recommend that you get yourself an OPEL Train/ bus card from a local newsagents. This will make your trips cheaper. The card is free, you just need to put some money on it.
Uber is fantastic in busy areas like Sydney CBD and Parramatta.
