The hosue is at the highest point in the Tierboskloof Estate in Hout Bay.
The Tierboskloof Estate is considered the safest estate in Cape Town. Numerous prominent personalities from all over the world live here. It allows you to sleep with the windows and patio doors open and enjoy the unique nature around you. This makes the big difference to conventional guest houses, which are mostly free-standing and have to take care of your own safety!
