3 Bedroom Condo in Bay Isles, Longboat Key

LONG-TERM RENTALS WELCOME AND NEGOTIABLE. Tranquil and peaceful. Southern end of Longboat. Beautiful views of the Longboat golf course, yet set back enough for privacy. Our 2200 sq.ft. condo comes with a community pool & jacuzzi. Also, a 5 min car ride to the private gated ocean beach access. The Longboat Key Club Moorings Marina is in our neighborhood, and docks available for rent. We are a 10 min car ride to the famous St. Armands circle, and 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota. If you enjoy walking or bike riding, this is a great place to be. Your close enough to ride your bikes to many Longboat restaurants as well.

Condo is on lower level and offers a 2-car attached garage. We have 3 bedrooms, and a jack & jill bathroom between the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. 1st bdrm has King bed, private bath, and a nice view of the golf course. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the 3rd bedroom has a pull-out couch.

Condo sits next to a golf-course. We do offer long-stays and would be negotiable on the rates, as we have had guests stay while building their own places.

Our Condo Association has a strict 1 dog policy under 25 lbs. Booking accepted pending background check (Condo Association requires).

Summary: This property is in a great location for all Longboat Key has to offer. Walk or bike to the private beach club, shopping and harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and you will feel very safe. The owners are very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.
