As you enter into the front door, you will see a living room with a large living room & 75 4k Roku TV & Blu-ray player. There is a large kitchen table seating 10 people along with kitchen island with 2 more seats. Kitchen has granite countertops and electric stove, dishwasher & microwave/air fryer with over 10 small appliances.
The kitchen is attached to the formal dining and is fully stocked with full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher & many smaller appliances such as Keurig coffee machine, Ninja blender, George Forman Grill, toaster and many more. There are pots, pans, baking sheets and enough dinnerware for 18 guests. Home also has all children needs such as a full-high chair, children-ware & pack-n-play.
There is a half-bath on main floor with a full-size washer & dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There is an ironing board and iron available.
There is a deck located off main level with brand new outdoor seating for 6, Blackstone propane Grill & New 6 Person Bueno Hot Tub w/ Cover overlooking incredible backyard and Lake Norman.
Off the main floor is the Primary Bedroom with a high quality Dyonery 14 Inch King Mattress with high quality pillows of various levels of firmness. A stationary bike and small couch with 4k TV in Primary Bedroom. Large walk-in closet, comfortable carpet and large private bathroom with stand-up shower and Jacuzzi tub.
★ UPSTAIRS ★
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The bathroom is located at the top of the stairs and has a tub/shower combo.
The large bedroom has a beautiful view over Lake Norman. It is has a very comfortable King-size bed & 4k Roku. There is a large curtain separating another sleeping area with 2 Twin Day Beds with trundles sleeping 4 more people. A total of 6 people and 5 beds are located in this very large bedroom alone.
The second bedroom upstairs has a very comfortable Dyonery 14 Inch King Mattress, 4k Roku TV and closet. All bedrooms have comfortable carpet flooring.
★ DOWNSTAIRS ★
Downstairs has 2 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom. It also includes a large incredible game room and includes an 8 foot pool table, Joola ping pong table, Air hockey table, shuffleboard, dual basketball shooting & another 4k Roku TV.
This game room is attached to the epic Kids room with more games such as Air hockey & 2 Arcades with 26 Arcade games including NBA Jam, Ms. Pac-man & Galaga. There is a custom made bunk bed with 2 14 inch comfortable Queen mattresses at the bottom and 2 twin XL mattresses on the top. There is a large 5 foot slide coming down off the top bed along with a pole to slide down. There is another 4k Roku TV in the bedroom and even a fun "party area" behind the slide for the kids.
There is one smaller bedrooms with queen mattresses located downstairs. The bathroom downstairs has a tub/shower combination.
★ OUTSIDE TOUR ★
As you drive up to the property, you will notice a brand new Pickleball/Basketball Court located in front. There is parking for 8 vehicles comfortably.
The backyard includes a brand new heated salt-water pool. The cost to heat the pool is $50 with a 3 day minimum to heat it ($150). A slide into the pool & basketball along with fun toys for the kids. There is outdoor bowling, 3 putt putts, cornhole, Mega Checkers, fire pit with 8 adirondack chairs & playground right off house. The backyard lights up at night until 10 pm.
There is a wooden stair case leading down to the dock that has been recently dredged. There are life preservers, 3 kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard always at the property. We have many recommendations for great boat rentals if you don't have one. Fish feeder runs in the summer time every 2 hours typically and will help make fishing funner.
2 Pets allowed with $250 pet fee. If you have more pets please reach out and price is determined by breed and size.
Pool is heated but you must let us know if you want us to turn it on. There's a $50/day fee to run the heater and it is required to cover the entire stay. If you pay ahead of time for the heated pool we will start it a day or two earlier. Please note we can't guarantee the pool will be 80 degrees especially in the winter.
Please also note there are no parties or loud music allowed at this property. It’s a very quiet area and we need to be respectful of neighbors.
