Located in the heart of Chianti, the estate is perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in complete privacy: two of the villas were built during the 16th and 17th century as farmhouses, while the third villa is a new addition.
Surrounded by greenery, the property has been masterfully restored while preserving the atmosphere of a traditional Tuscan residence. After four years of renovation, which was completed in 2018 and has involved a specialized architect, a construction company of local artisans and a search of original materials from all over Italy, this property is now available for rent.
