The Magnolia Apartment is situated in the ancient and fully restored building of the Storehouse and can accommodate up to 4 guests plus a pullout sofa for addition1. The Villa and estate has been lovingly restored to the highest standards maintaining the character of the original estate. The property is completely secured with stone walls, wrought iron gates, fully monitored electronic security, 24 hour concierge, outdoor pool, indoor spa and heated pool and fitness center, tennis court, and 15 acres of beautiful gardens overlooking the Lucca Valley and its splendid vineyards and olives trees.
The apartment living room is very inviting furnished in traditional Tuscan Lucchese style, over looking a private garden with teak table for outside dining with a panorama view of the Lucca area. The apartment is fully equipped with modern comforts including a 21 inch TV, DVD player, stereo, telephone, and DSL connection. The kitchen has beautiful finishes with stone counters, dishwasher, washer and dryer combo, full size refrigerator and freezer and all cooking equipment.
A visit to Villa Guinigi will be a splendid way to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The sitting room is separated from the sleeping area by a passage equipped with a wardrobe that covers the entire wall close to the bathroom with shower facing the two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a Queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom with two single beds that could be combined to a King size bed. Both are furnished in traditional style Tuscan wrought iron beds and furnishings.
