There is also a hairdryer, iron, towels and bed linen for the entire duration of the stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. You have the convenience of free parking in our peaceful courtyard upon availability. If it's occupied, street parking is available in the neighborhood or at the Railway Station parking lot, which is just a short 5-minute stroll away from the property.
We kindly remind our guests that the apartment is located on the first floor and the building does have an elevator. It's anyway necessary to climb some steps before entering into the building.

As an alternative, it is possible to arrange also a self check-in (always starting from 3pm). - Tourist city tax (2.50 euro per person per night) to pay by cash upon arrival. - In case of late arrivals after 9 pm, a surcharge of €30 is required for late check-in until 11 pm or €40 for arrivals after 11 pm (not mandatory if self check-in is arranged). - At the moment of the check-in, guests will be asked to show a copy of their ID or passport. - At the moment of the check in, the guest will sign a lease agreement according to the Italian law. .
