Indigo Blue is stunning holiday home. It is nestled in the tropical Yaroomba bushland yet only a short 600m to the beach.
The space
Designed and built by an interior designer then renovated and perfected by its loving owner, Indigo Blue is stunning.
With ducted central cooling and hearing throughout, you will feel at ease and ready for a relaxing coastal holiday.
This home has large open-plan living areas with classic coastal-luxe style furnishings. There are large bifold doors at both the front and back which bring the outside in, and the most beautiful light. The lounge area has a fireplace for those cosy cooler nights. There is an air conditioner located in the open plan kitchen, and ceiling fans throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. You will find high-end appliances and a thoughtful layout, and of course a coffee machine.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in robe and ensuite with shower that features a window framed to view the back rainforest. The master also has doors that access onto the rear deck.
The second bedroom features a double bed, desk and views out to the Heliconia atrium which is centre to the house.
The the third bedroom is spacious with two king single beds.
The main bathroom has a bath and shower and there is a separate toilet in the powder room down the hall.
The laundry has a washer and dryer and you will find extras like beach toys and a high chair as needed.
The backyard is a large, unfenced grassy area which backs on to the Yaroomba Bushland Park. Here you'll find a tranquil, tropical oasis. You can either walk through as an access path toward the beach, or do the circuit to explore the space. There is also a grassed area at the front of the property which flows on from the outdoor dining area. This space is fully fenced.
Coolum beach is less than a 5 minute drive away where you will find some amazing cafes and boutique stores.
Please Note: This property has a strict no party policy. Security cameras are present at the entry and external points of the property (front entrance, side, front yard and back deck). None of the cameras can see inside the property.
