Other Things to Note
• All guests must purchase the Property Damage Deposit to confirm any booking.
• We may request a photo of a government-issued ID of each guest staying that shows the name, photo, and DOB.
• AC is available only in summer, for the rest of the year we are using fans.
• We love pets! Your furry friends are allowed in the property. There is a $50 sanitation fee and a $200 security deposit (per pet) which is refundable after your stay. However, please note that we reserve the right to keep the pet deposit if we receive any noise complaints or any cleaning issues such as stains, extensive hair, as well as damages.
