It was freshly painted in December 2024 and has a new king bed/mattress. There is also 2 brand new smart tvs in 2025. Our condo features many amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, towels, kids beach toys, and beach chairs. It is also conveniently located within driving distance to Orlando, Daytona, and St. Augustine. There are shops, restaurants, and wineries within walking distance also, including a Publix right across the street. There are also many wonderful restaurants just a few miles away to enjoy! Our condo is very peaceful and relaxing, and great for couples, families, and snowbirds.
