Located next to the Barrington Enclave in Palmetto Dunes, these villas are beautifully decorated and equipped with all of the amenities you will need for a first-class getaway. Each villa features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, large living and dining area, and master suite with spa tub. The Wendover Dunes community also offers covered parking, a private pool area with Jacuzzi, childrens’ pool, grill area, and bike paths that lead directly to the beach.
This great first floor villa has been completely renovated with plank tile flooring, all new furnishings and decor and brand new kitchen and baths! The living room features a sofa, over sized reading chair and a large flat screen tv. The living room leads to an over sized screened in porch, the perfect place to put up your feet after a long day on the beach! The dining room seats six and flows nicely to the kitchen. The gorgeous new kitchen has four bar stools and all new appliances.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private balcony, and a private bathroom with double vanity, large shower and tub. The guest room has two double beds, TV, access to the large screened in porch and a private bathroom with double vanity, large shower and tub.
