CHECK-IN
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
At the time of booking, it is required to provide a photo of the ID or passport of each guest before check-in. According to Supreme Decree No. 011-2024-IN, we must verify and register foreign guests on the migration platform.
Upon first arrival at the building, you must identify yourself at the reception desk by presenting your ID in order to enter.
VISITORS
Visitors are not allowed.
PETS
Only one pet (dog or cat) of up to 18 kg is allowed.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. An additional fee may apply for cleaning or furniture washing.
Pets must always be supervised, kept on a leash in common areas, and not left alone for extended periods to avoid barking or excessive noise.
Under Peruvian law, potentially dangerous breeds are not allowed.
DURING YOUR STAY
Parties or social gatherings are not permitted. Penalty: 300 USD.
Excessive noise is not allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Penalty: 150 USD.
Smoking (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and/or any type of drug) is not permitted. This includes outdoor areas such as windows, balconies, terraces, patios, and rooftops. Penalty: 150 USD.
The consumption of narcotics, psychotropics, psychedelics, or any type of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Only moderate and responsible alcohol consumption is allowed for adults. Penalty: 150 USD.
Taking photos and/or videos inside the properties, buildings, and/or condominiums for advertising, commercial, or academic purposes is not allowed without prior agreement and authorization. This has a different rate depending on the property and number of people.
Hanging clothes, sheets, or towels on windows, balconies, terraces, and/or patios is not permitted.
Throwing paper, insoluble materials, or any type of solid element into sinks, dishwashers, or toilets is not allowed.
Attaching or hanging posters, balloons, or any type of decorative element inside the properties, buildings, and/or condominiums is not permitted.
Delivery drivers are not allowed into the properties, buildings, and/or condominiums. Orders must be picked up at the public entrance.
Using elevators or walking through hallways/common areas with wet shoes or feet is not allowed.
Sharing or publishing any information that may expose the safety and integrity of the properties, buildings, and/or condominiums is prohibited.
Being fully naked inside the properties while curtains/blinds are open is not permitted. Likewise, being fully naked on balconies, terraces, patios, and/or rooftops is prohibited.
Using the lobby, reception, or other common areas as waiting areas before check-in or after check-out is not allowed.
CHECK-OUT
Please turn off lights and appliances.
Make sure to take all your belongings with you. If any belongings are left behind, they will be kept in our office for up to 30 calendar days for pickup. After this period, they will be donated or discarded. We do not provide shipping services for forgotten items within or outside the country. Food or perishable items will not be stored and will be immediately discarded or donated.
FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
Please be kind to neighbors and building reception staff. Respect common areas and quiet hours.
Building reception staff do not work for us. Any incident must be reported directly to us so we can assist if needed.
Any additional costs due to extensive laundry, deep cleaning, transportation, repairs, and/or replacement for loss or damage to the property, building, and/or condominium must be covered by the guest responsible for the reservation.
Any monetary loss due to cancellations, discounts, refunds, or modifications of a reservation that cannot begin at its scheduled check-in time because of failure to respect the check-out time of a previous reservation will be charged to the guest responsible for the delayed check-out.
Any fines or monetary penalties imposed by the building administration, condominium, and/or municipality against Geko and/or the property owner due to violation of building, condominium, and/or district rules must be covered by the guest responsible for the reservation.
Failure to comply with these house rules will result in the cancellation of the reservation, applying the established cancellation policy.
