At the entrance, there is direct access to the living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night; next to it, a space is used as a sleeping area with a double bed. Next to the sofa, a large white wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for clothes, while the wall-mounted television allows you to relax and comfortably watch your favourite programmes and films. The large window lets in plenty of natural light.
The kitchen, with its shabby style, is compact and well organised, equipped with the essentials for cooking just like at home; there is also a coffee machine and a kettle, ideal for starting the day with an excellent breakfast. Next to the kitchen is a table with 4 stools, perfect for lunches and dinners, but also for aperitifs in company.
The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a toilet, bidet and a spacious shower with glass cubicle, finished with wood-effect tiles that add a natural touch to the room.

By car, from the A9 motorway take the Como Centro exit and drive along Via Pasquale Paoli, Via Napoleona and Viale Innocenzo to reach the centre, or take the Como Lago exit and drive along Via per Cernobbio and Via Borgovico Nuova, from the motorway exit in about 20 minutes following the GPS you will be in front of the flat.
