The space
Issaquah Bed & Barn is minutes away from several fantastic hiking trails, mountain biking, and numerous parks. There is a nice selection of restaurants and pubs/wine bars in downtown Issaquah, just 10 minutes away.
While the home is perfect for families, it is also well suited for couples or travelling professionals working remotely. One of the bedrooms includes toys, books, and games in the closet ideal for younger travelers.

The main living space is bright and comfy, with plenty of room to enjoy a movie or games. There is a propane fireplace for ambiance and warmth.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an inductive stovetop, two oven spaces, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig with coffee pods, toaster, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, pots, pans, utensils, and dishware for the kiddos. A selection of teas and a few snacks are also available.
Each bedroom has large closets, cell phone charging stations, a selection of pillows, and multiple lighting options. Additional blankets can be found in the closets. An assortment of toys and games can be found in the twin room closet.
The office is a separate space with monitors, keyboard, and printer available for use during your stay. There are also small desks in two of the bedrooms.
The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer, iron, and basic cleaning supplies for any unexpected messes. There are also a few pet blankets and towels for furry guests.

Guests may see a couple horses in the adjacent pasture and are welcome to say hi over the fence. We kindly request guests not enter the horse pasture or open the connecting gates. We are happy to provide snacks if you would like to feed the horses.
Our nearby forests are home to a variety of wildlife, including coyotes, deer, bears, spiders, bats, and owls. Most keep their distance, but we recommend always keeping doors and windows closed when away from the house, and supervising children and pets when playing outside.
Your comfort and safety are our top priority. The home is equipped with smoke and CO detectors, fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, and outdoor lighting. Please be mindful of wildlife common in the foothills—keep pets leashed outdoors and store food securely.
