Getting around is incredibly easy! The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away and it takes you to Narwee and Punchbowl station, and it’s only a 20-minute ride to Sydney CBD and Sydney International Airport.
Long-term stays are welcome! The house is fully furnished and equipped with an abundance of amenities, including:

The entire house, including the pool, is available for your group or family to enjoy a comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay while traveling to Sydney.
The house is conveniently located next to the bustling Roselands Shopping Centre, with many great restaurants nearby. There’s a garage for two cars and plenty of free all-day street parking in front of the house.
By booking this space, guests and their entire party agree to hold the property owner harmless from all damages and injuries arising from or related to their stay.
Other Things to Note:
• No parties allowed. Please keep noise levels down after 10 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbours.
• No pets allowed.
• No bookings from anyone under 21 years of age.
• Persons using the pool do so at their own risk.
• No running, diving, fighting, or engaging in conduct likely to cause injury.
• All children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult aged 18 or older.
• Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.
• No food is allowed on the pool deck or in the shower area.
• We are not responsible for any damage or injuries.
• We reserve the right to request IDs from all guests prior to check-in for security purposes.
Security Cameras:
There are external security cameras for the safety of our staff, tenants, guests, and visitors, including in the enclosed outdoor alfresco space and pool area.
Extra Guests:
We only provide linens and towels for the exact number of guests based on the booking. An extra fee will be charged for additional guests, depending on the number staying at the house. Please enter the correct number of guests in your booking; any unregistered guests will be charged $100 per night, which may result in the entire group being asked to leave the property with no refund.
We do not accept third-party bookings. The person checking in must be the one who made the booking. If you are making a corporate or insurance booking, please contact us in advance to decide.
Additional Rules:
• No parties or events.
• No smoking: any evidence of smoking will incur a penalty of $500 AUD.
• No cooking of strong-flavoured foods or seafood, as it affects the next guests and may incur extra cleaning fees.
• Please take care of your dirty dishes and clean the oven, BBQ after use.
• Please return the keys to the lockbox upon checkout.
