Off the beaten path! Unique home is nestled against the Black Mountains ancient rock formations! Home to bighorn sheep, burros, and other natural desert animals. King size bed in main bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in living room, sleeps 4 people comfortably. This location is for those seeking nature, solitude, hiking, off-road undiscovered adventure and fantastic views of mountains and valleys. Only 30 minutes away from the cool Colorado River and gambling in Laughlin NV. Things you should know about this beautiful one of a kind location:
There is a 3 night minimum stay.
The last 2.5 miles to the property is on unpaved, gravel roads that are bumpy in some areas.
This location is not a party house. It's an escape to serenity and we like to keep it that way in consideration of our neighbors.
Additional notes for your consideration:
Absolutely NO Parties or special events that invite more people onto the property than originally booked or pre-approved by homeowner.
This home allows 4-5 guests maximum. Any number of guests brought onto the property without homeowner approval that is more than specified in the original reservation the guest who booked will incur a $40 per person per day additional charge. Each new day starts at 12:01 am.
No loud music. If the neighbors can hear it, it's too loud.
NO wood burning fires allowed.
NO discharging of any firearms and NO hunting on our private property.
No smoking or vaping of any substances, including marijuana, inside the house. Otherwise, you agree to a $500 cleaning fee for professional odor abatement/treatment.
This is a desert wilderness area. Unattended children and pets can get injured by cactus, wild animals, etc. At the time of booking, or any time leading up to your stay (but before you check in) you must disclose if any children under 18 and/or any pets would be staying at the property. If so, I have further details that will be communicated to you regarding the booking and we can decide if it would be the right vacation spot for you.
Check out time is 11am. If you stay past 12:00pm (noon) a $50 late check out fee will be billed to you. If you (or any guest in your group) fails to leave by 2pm you agree to pay $150 plus any revenue that is lost if the next reservation after you is affected, including the entire reservation fee if your failure to check out results in me having to cancel the next reservation.
No feeding any wild animals.
3 night minimum stay required.
If any of these house rules are broken and I or Airbnb asks you to leave the home, your reservation will end early and you will not be refunded any remaining portion of the reservation and not refunded the cleaning fee.
