Positive: A GREAT apartment and lovely BNB experience in the heart of Umbria! We stayed 3 days at Dimora del Falco. The house is a 3 min drive from Montefalco, a charming town with great restaurants and the wine capital of the region. The house has two apartments and a breakfast room downstairs. Our apartment was spacious and had a large balcony, from which you have unobstructed views of the Umbrian hills. We asked beforehand for a crib and it was already in the room on arrival. Our daughter slept so well. The rooms have television and WiFi, all working perfectly. There’s also a fridge which comes in handy if you want to keep some bottles of cool water. Breakfast on the porch was lovely, with a spread of everything you need and each day a different cake, home-made by the owner’s aunt. During our stay we were especially delighted by the attentiveness of the owner! He brought up wine and helped us book a cab. All in all the perfect stay. 100% recommend and when we visit Umbria again we will definitely stay here again!

Negative: It was a bit hard to find because google maps indicates this address on a different house on the road. The owner informed us that this will soon be solved when the sign for the bnb arrives. For us it was no problem, we called the owner and within minutes he directed us to the right entrance.
