This fully renovated 1930s cottage has vintage charm with modern comfort. Brand new appliances, comfy beds, Smart TVs, and stylish furniture complement the original clawfoot tub, beadboard walls & hardwood floors.

Living Room:
Bright, open concept living room with a cozy sectional sofa and swivel chair. The couch folds down to make a comfy bed, and an air mattress is available upon request. Brand new Smart TV with all the streaming apps, a record player/ bluetooth speaker, and a 'vintage' PS2 with many games for the kiddos. Lovely lighting and ceiling fans throughout the home. Fast Wifi.
Kitchen:
Spacious and well appointed kitchen with all new appliances, cookware, and kitchenware. New (and sharp!) knives, nice cutting boards and new pots and pans make cooking a delight. Chill at the kitchen island or whip up a cocktail using the provided cocktail shaker. Kid's dishes and cups are provided as well. Cuisinart Coffee maker can make K-cups or full pots, and even makes iced coffee. There is also a french press and coffee grinder. Toaster, microwave, dishwasher and kettle to make tea.
Bathroom:
Beautiful bathroom with the original clawfoot tub, new tile floors, and gorgeous lighting. Shower clearance is 77'.
Bedroom 1- The Florida Room: Brand new Queen size mattress with fluffy duvet, soft pillows, lovely lighting and light Florida themed decor. This room has a floor length mirror, full dresser and clothes steamer, making it the perfect get ready spot. It also has a large wall mounted tv with Roku.
Bedroom 2- The Gentlemen's Room:
Brand new Queen size mattress with a plush comforter, soft pillows, and a lush rug underfoot. This room has a cozy reading nook chair and a 1920s 'Gentlemen's Dresser' to store clothes and essentials. We love this precious piece of furniture, with its fine woodwork and cute labels.
Outdoors: Huge wraparound porch was just added to the house. Teak dining table and chairs and lovely lounge chairs for enjoying the sunsets on the deck. Or wait until the solar string lights come on to relax in the soft glow. The house is set back from the street on a huge lot and the full grassy front and back yards are yours to enjoy. The sides of the yard and back are fully fenced in.
Plenty of parking.
The gravel driveway is long enough to park a small to medium RV.
This house was built in 1930! Unbelievably, it is almost 100 years old. While the cottage has been fully renovated, it does have some small quirks. The neighborhood is historic, with a mix of newly renovated and original homes. Please understand and anticipate this before you book. We are so happy to give this neighborhood gem a second life, and we hope you enjoy it too!
