The location:
The house is situated on a gently protected hill in a 3.5 hectare property with a particularly picturesque view to the south, east and west. The terrain rises in the north and thus protects against the colder north winds. The special location and view leads to a deep rest and relaxation. The idyllic medieval town of Cossignano is only 3 km away, there are also small shops for everyday needs. Montalto delle Marche, lies in the other direction and is slightly larger.
The original farmhouse was in such poor condition that it could not be saved. The new house was built in the style of the Markian farmhouses. The overall design is characterized by high rooms and a relatively flat roof. New plantings in 2014: Extension of the olive grove to around 100 trees, herb garden, vegetable garden, citrus fruits and other fruit trees.
The apartment:
It is designed for two adults and one child (unless there is also a baby that can sleep in bed between the parents). The sofa bed is comfortable for his person / adult. Size of the apartment about 36 square meters, the entrance door goes into the living-dining room. There is next to some other furniture a kitchen corner, the pull-out comfortable sofa bed and a table with 6 chairs and a children's chair. The kitchen corner has an induction plate that you can plug into any socket - so you can also cook on the terrace if you want. The apartment is completely newly furnished with a few additionally selected old pieces.
The bedroom has a large bed for two people and is equipped with a large wardrobe. There is also space for a children's travel cot. Next to it is the bathroom with shower. You can look south while showering.
Both rooms have large double doors with shutters to the west on the spacious terrace. On the terrace is a garden table with iron chairs.
In general, the apartment has extensive basic kitchen equipment.
