This beautiful, lower-level, gated community condo is nestled in the heart of Phoenix, on the outlaying property of the Biltmore Hotel. Stocked with all the amenities, your home away from home is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by golfing, hiking, shopping, food, and endless entertainment options. The Biltmore area is 5 minutes away from uptown Phoenix and minutes away from the 51 freeway that can lead you to downtown Phoenix, Tempe, or Scottsdale in a short time. Come enjoy time golfing at the many well know golf courses in AZ, swimming in the clear, blue pool, or enjoy time on the porch enjoying the sunshine and a cup of coffee or glass of wine on our spectacular patio on one of the tee boxes of the Biltmore Links course.
OVERALL:
This home has been in the family for years and is close to the owners hearts. This one-level unit overlooks the Biltmore Golf Course with a large outdoor patio and fire table.
The unique-to-the-area accordion door will get the best of indoor-outdoor living, which is what Arizona is famous for, as the glass disappears into a large and comfortable living space that is unmatched. The Arizona weather is beautiful 9 out of the 12 months, making this a great location for relaxing in the sunshine, sitting by the fire during the chillier nights, grilling with a few friends, and watching the golfers go by with your morning cup of coffee. Trust us, they can be very entertaining!
Inside, the electric fireplace adds ambiance, the 52'' big screen TV on the wall is great for any sports game, and the unique dining table seats 6 comfortably.
The owners and their family still live nearby, so if there are any questions or issues, they are easily reachable.
KITCHEN:
This well-equipped kitchen has all the needed tools for a home-cooked meal. The contemporary stainless-steel appliances give you space to store and cook your food. The granite counter tops creates extra space to prep meals. Additionally, an RO System has been installed in the kitchen as well as an ice machine to make sure you stay hydrated in our dry, Arizona climate. There is a wine and beverage fridge, which will hold all the beverages you may want to keep cold.
BEDROOMS:
This home sleeps four; a king bed in the primary and a queen bed in the guest room. Each bed is equipped with hotel-quality linens and the two full bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
The first bedroom features a high-quality pillow top queen bed, a spacious closet, a TV, and ample lighting both from the lights and the window (along with dark shutters to keep it out if desired). The view of the Piestewa Peak will put anyone in a good mood and start your day on the right foot.
The primary bedroom features a luxury pillow-top king bed, a generous walk-in closet, an attached bathroom with a shower and sinks for two, a personal living space, and a view that overlooks the golf course. Spend your time sleeping the day away or wake up early to watch the colorful Arizona sunrise.
OUTDOOR AREA:
The spacious backyard patio offers plenty of space to relax, grill, and enjoy the cool Arizona evenings. The BBQ area is complete with its own wine/prep fridge, a 5-burner Lion grill, and an oversized 4-person high-top dining table. The other side of the patio offers a table fire pit, a retractable awning above, and indoor-outdoor plush furniture. The gate along the patio wall gives you access to the Biltmore golf course to walk or run along the course (only to be used after hours).
EXTRA AMENITIES:
Guest amenities also include complimentary WIFI, cable TV in the living room and each bedroom, community pools and hot tub access, and a washer/dry unit in the hallway. Parking is available in visitor spots on the side of the street. Please note that street parking is not allowed, and each unit is allocated one garage spot and one guest spot per unit (per HOA guidelines).
A few items of note:
First, A "Starter Kit" of coffee pods, sugar, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and detergent is provided, which should last a few days to make your arrival less stressful. Should you need anything further, there are 5 grocery stores about 2 miles away.
Second, we are not affiliated with the Biltmore Hotel itself as it is a separate entity, so the Hotel Pool is not part of our community. At times, however, they do offer day passes through ResortPass.com. Our community does have two pools and hot tubs in our complex. You are more than welcome to schedule a golf tee time or book a reservation at one of the many restaurants and bars in the hotel, just like the general public. We do not have discounts or added amenities because we are on the property.
