This two bedroom with private bath in a 100 year-old brownstone is located in the heart of Carroll Gardens, right off the popular Smith street. It doesn't get any better than this for convenience, safety and comfort. The subway to Manhattan is located just two blocks away. The trip to lower Manhattan is only 5 minutes, 25 to midtown. A beautiful park with playgrounds for children is also only two blocks away. Our house is located on a quiet tree-lined block with a gorgeous 150 year old church on the corner. The apt is on the second floor, one flight up from the stoop. It features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and private modern bath with double sinks.
