The living space of the tower chalet, is about 500 m² which is divided into 4 floors. All levels are connected to each other at the back by a staircase. In the entrance level are the guest or children's rooms, each with bathroom / toilet and terrace balcony. Below is the floor with the spacious home office; through the wide glass front the view extends into the upper Vinschgau Valley to the Swiss mountains, in the smaller window Tarsch appears as a "nature picture", a natural still life in the window frame. Below is the Beletage: the kitchen area is visually connected by a glass showcase with the dining area and a spacious seating area. From there, one can access the light-flooded conservatory with its square carpet on the one hand and the cozy "Stube" on the other. At the very bottom there is another highlight: the swimming pool, shimmering greenish in the middle of the stone walls, a fascinating "grotto"; this is accompanied by the secluded terrace with a magnificent view, the sauna area and whirlpool with bar. All in all a mountain lake and meditation garden at the same time.

The shortest, fastest (8 minutes) and most panoramic connection between Latsch and St. Martin is the cable car, built according to the latest technology.
