Located just above the town of Recco, and a few kilometres from Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo and Portofino, Casa Ruè is an apartment with independent entrance and equipped with every comfort. The beautiful swimming pool at the back, the terraced garden and its position make Casa Ruè very versatile, suitable for those who want to experience the town and the various seaside resorts and for those who just want to relax and enjoy the house. From here, in fact, the most important tourist destinations of eastern Liguria are within easy reach.
Interior:
Casa Ruè has three floors. The main entrance on the first floor and is reached by a staircase from the street level. It leads into a hallway with two staircases, the first going up to the first sleeping area and the second going down to the living area and another two bedrooms. The living room consists of a TV area and a dining area with two beautiful windows providing a relaxing view of the sea and the little town of Recco and a luminous French window that leads out to the terrace. The living room opens into a hallway that leads to the open kitchen and to a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom. Going down another three steps you come to a further bathroom with shower. The first staircase at the entrance goes up to a second sleeping area composed of an attic double bedroom and a bathroom with whirlpool tub. The property is completed by two parking spaces.
Park:
The 300 sq m garden is the Ligurian type with terraces sloping towards the sea, partly planted with olive trees and colourful flowers. The area around the house is paved and organised as a dining area with gas barbecue and small relaxation areas, making the guests' stay even more pleasant. On one side of the garden, on the upper terrace with respect to the house entrance, is the beautiful swimming pool.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located on the upper terrace with respect to the first floor of the house and just a few metres from it. It lies on one side of the house and is reached up 9 steps. Of irregular shape, it has an area of about 40 sq m with a constant depth of 1,90 m. Lined in ceramic, it has chlorine purification and a ladder for access to the water. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds and an umbrella. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
